Due to the nature of this event we have to make commitments to the venue and our suppliers in advance. This means we are able to accept substitutions for delegates up until 72hrs before the event. However, no shows and cancellations will be charged at a cost of £499.00 plus VAT.

Accommodation does not form part of your sponsorship package. Any hotel bookings are made subject to the terms and conditions of the property with which you book. Any change requests for your accommodation must be directed to the hotel.
